The firm Ceramiche Nuova Forma was established by the owner Rodolfo
Pellanda on 2nd January 1973, who was keen to start a business
in order to develop his creativity, using totally new shapes and
colours. Pellanda learned about ceramics in one of the many factories
in Nove, where he started from the initial stages of production
to subsequently master the entire production process. The experience
gained here combined with his great enthusiasm were later to allow
him to open his own business.
For the first few years the business was but a small workshop
where Pellanda worked alone, producing small statues mimicking
satirical situations from television or scenes from normal working
life, each one expressing feelings and situations.
Through the years his production developed, thanks also to the
use of plaster moulds for the first stage of production, allowing
him to expand production and reach current conditions. The firm's
strong point is without doubt the vast range of styles and tastes
it attempts to satisfy with the collaboration of extremely talented
and expert artists and designers. It has set itself the target
of expanding the range of products to cover new markets, although
without forgoing the characteristic peculiar to its ceramics:
made and painted by hand.
PRODUCTS: vases, cachepot, small tables, columns,
pedistals, lamps, pitchers, boxes, ash-tray, photo-frame, classical
figures, modern figurines.
