Shaped iron sheet framework; trolleys rolling on vulkolan wheels; the opening of the door is easy and reliable thanks to two handweels with roller bearing; operating temperature of 1250°C for firing porcelain and 1100°C for firing ceramic; cowl for smoke concentration in pressed steel; the firing chamber is lined with mineral ceramic fibre which has high insulating power (1450°C).
Firing by means of high velocity burners with revers flame; computer in console ATR 313: automatic arrest if gas isn't regular; gas-stop if there is bad working of burners; theoretical graphics and real vision of firing cicle; automatic storage of events. The electronic firing control is composed by electronic cards that verify each single burner, make the burner start or reactive it, if it stalls.
